Quora has witnessed huge growth in number of users after its wide coverage in tech blogs and mainstream media. With increase in numbers comes additional burden of handling spammers, maintaining quality of answers, educating its new users and making sure the elite crowd does not abandon it. Lionside, a company that makes Social games for sports fans has raised a funding of about $1.6 mn. The company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in London and Surabaya, Indonesia. The funding was filed in SEC. The company had its first game launched in 2009 and is called Lionside Football. Yahoo has integrated Zynga’s popular games FishVille and MafiaWars in its Yahoo Pulse, Yahoo’s Messenger, Games, My Yahoo, and Yahoo Toolbar. Major companies like Dell, Bank of America and Citigroup are in process of replacing existing Blackberry phones with alternatives like the Apple iPhone and Windows 7 based phones.
